So excited about the new patch, and all the changes. Flagged up for the new IC Dungeon (normal), was put in a group and we did all 3 wings (super fun if none of you have done it yet. I see me running it like ToC, will stop when I get sick of it).

I'm about half way through my Quel'Delar quest.
And I'm excited, lol.
I've only been doing Heroic, but I think I'll have to do Reg for this leg of it. Heroic gets pretty crazy near the end of PoS--I can only imagine what HoR must be like.

Where do I start that quest chain at?
I did a quest chain that took me through all 3 ICC dungeons, and then I was the info guy for people who were doing it during a Heroic Run of all 3.
That is the only quest chain I've found.

Got a 2Hander upgrade today.
It isn't no Quel'Delar (as I need to get the item to start the quest)... but it should work until then.

I can't say I was poorly under geared, but every time I run the 5mans, something helps out a little.
Now to get 5 more emblems and I can update my Helm * Hands.

Yeah, I've already updated my ring with triumphs, and have quite a few more building up. Random Dungeons ftw! Get group fast, get there fast, finish in average time and you still got two more triumphs than you would have conquests, in way less time.
I also saw a chest drop that was a side grade--it had better stats, but my current chest has two sockets and that one had 0. The increase just wasn't good enough to lose 60 stamina. Especially because I had just lost 122 or so from dropping my Ruby Hare in favor of Ick's Rotting Thumb. Probably a side-grade at best, but I was tired of carrying around that frickin' awful trinket.
All I REALLY need to do now is upgrade my cloak, because I've had this thing for months...
The one annoying block I've been hitting for a month now is that there is just WAY too much hit on gear. I've been just a tiny bit below or way over the cap since I returned. And everything that drops just has more. Like, give me some expertise!
It's also kinda depressing when you look at the drops for a BRAND NEW DUNGEON and see that there is only *one* upgrade for you there, when it is way harder than current ones, and you are only geared from heroics...
Probably wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't a tank, though. Items with block on them can go die in a hole.

I have this issue too.
So far I have 4 sets of gear on me at all times.
I'm either below, or way above cap. And if my DPS looks bad I swap out gear until something works.
Once I get my Head and Hands upgraded, I'll go back and probably have to re-gem for hit, and than sell off some of this gear, I'm running out of room >XD
I blame Warriors, lol. Them and their DWing shenanigans...
