Seriously back hair is just disgusting. I mean its not like it would cost that much to get it shaved or waxed.

Shaving gets super uncomfortable fast, as it starts to grow back (I know, I had surgery in November and I almost went insane from the prickling of hair regrowing on my torso).
Waxing hurts like hell, and IS expensive (with the frequency you'd have to do it, at least). Plus, a lot of people are allergic to many types.

QFT. I use my old electric beard trimmer for most manscaping. Helps that I don't have a beard any more.
Although setting it to the lowest setting still makes your chest itchy as heck :-(
Also, I think that Filter rolled a human. Mages shouldn't have that much muscle.

I am hairy and proud. Goes from my toes to my eyebrows breaks for an inch and resumes.
I have heard too many stories of the itch and now it well from my face.
Which is the thing that beard growing contests are made of, I have won 2 so far.
I shave my neck when it gets itchy, I need to for presentation at work or it gets to be a bit much for the lady.
Many ladies do like the bearded look.
Plus I can run my hand over the lower half of my face/chin and look like I am deep in thought.

My beard is pretty epic right now. I hadn't shaved it (or buzzed it) for, like, 2 or 3 weeks before Halloween. Then I went into the hospital, and couldn't be bothered with anything but the basics of hygiene. Now, it's two months since I last buzzed it (though, I do make sure my neck is smooth). XD
My friends (who are all girls) are going to kill me when I go home after finals. :P
