PVP StaffFollow

Hello everybody and goodevening,
I had a question about PVP weapons.
I noticed the old season arena sets are buyable through honor points but i can't find any PVP weapons available for honor points.
I remember at lvl 70 ,the weapons were also available for the points,just like the gear.
am I missing the vendor or aren't there any? and if there isn't ,which one should i go for pre-arena.
