PVP 2v2
I know from previous posts to go with hit until yellow cap, then AP/agility depedning on comp
My question is when I am picking gems for color bonuses and meta.
Which is more valaubale for rogues mor stam or more resil?

Go for as much DPS as possible. Rogue's are supposed to do maximum damage in as short a time as possible and we use our CD's to survive more than we use resilience.
Get AGI gems. You could use the purple AGI+stam gems if you want to meet the blue socket bonus. You could also use a prismatic +10 stats gem to fill in the blue requirement of the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond metagem requirement if you want to use all AGI gems in the blue socket requirements.
The way i did it was just use purple AGI+stam gems to fill the socket bonuses and also get the prismatic gem because i play with a ret pally. He gives me kings so the +10 stats gives me 11 agi, 11 strenght and 11 stamina as well as intellect (not used) and spirit (might be slightly usefull if you go out of combat enough).
When you use an eternal belt, be sure to use the prismatic gem to match the socket bonus and put an Agi gem in the belt instead of what i did. I still put a purple gem in the blue socket and the prismatic in the belt. Could have had 10 more agi instead of stam. Oh well.

The information in the above post is good; however, most rogues gem for attack power over agility. Here's a link the the highest rated 2v2 rogue on Arenajunkies http://www.arenajunkies.com/char/EU/Stormscale/Kalimist/
Then again, he said he was playing with a ret paladin, and if that is the case for you, then agility may be better (although you'll want blessing of might anyway as far as I know.)
