Switching Pets (Points) Questions :: Free Realms

Hi everyone.

I'm new to the game and the forums, so please bear with me. I just started leveling Hunter, with a wolf, and have earned 3 points to invest in my pets Talent Tree.

My question(s):

1) If I stable my wolf and go out to get a new pet, lvl 30 for example, will that pet already have floating points to spend? Or will I have to wait 4 levels before that pet earns its first point?

2) If I stable a pet, come back for it later in the game (and it has been adjusted by the "5 level scale", will that pet have earned talent points?

Right now it feels like my Wolf is better than my cat because of the talent point advantage. I'd like to switch to the SM Hyena(sp.)...

Any insight the community can give me will be much appreciated.

The points your pets earn is based on level. At 20,24,28, etc. your pet gets a point. Tame a pet at level 10 and stable him then bring him out at level 30. Pet will be level 25 with two points.

Edit: And just to add, tame a level 10 pet when you are level 30, pet will advance to level 25 and have two points to spend.
