The first one I kinda was expecting for some time now. Almost every boomkin out there with the slightest idea of what they're doing is wearing 2T8/2T9 (except if you have access to ileve 258 T9 that is), because the 2T8 bonus is so good. I'm assuming they want to make sure we actually ditch T8 at some point. Seeing that we're going to upgrade to T10 anyways, I can live with that nerf.
The second one is a bit uncalled for I think. Sure, we proc Eclipses back to back, but that doesn't make us too powerful, or does it?
Opinions please!
edit: nevermind... I have to L2R. It says "either type of Eclipse effect firing". I somehow read that I couldn't fire a new Eclipse until 15 seconds of the previous eclipse ending...
