I'm one of 3 dps DKs in my guild and the other two raid unholy exclusively. I've always enjoyed blood more so I made that my main, and I had unholy as my off. After missing an enhancement shaman for a few raids, I decided to switch my second spec from unholy to DW frost. Now granted, my weapons kinda suck (I have 1 from 10 man heroic toc, but the other is a no stat sword from ony), and my dps is definitely lower than it is when I go blood, but boy if it isn't fun.
That's the biggest reason my dk is frost dw.
I don't want to switch to feral on my druid so I figure if I want a hard rotation I'd do it on my dk.

Not that much though. KM procs a LOT, so it isn't like you are often waiting for it. And I just choose to view Rime procs as a bonus and not include them in my original DpS estimate. You'd take the talent even if it didn't reset HB, anyway, for the +15% crit chance on IT and Oblit. I don't think it's much more RNG dependent than most other classes.

One thing to mention: Frost has been far better for me in heroics and some 10-mans. Seems to do better on short, bursty fights than my other spec (blood).

I wonder why. Actually, I find that surprising. You'd think DRW/Hysteria would make Blood better for burst. Though UA is pretty great, too... And I guess Deathchill is a guaranteed crit, though I rarely take it in my builds since KM has such a huge proc rate.

Deathchill is a waste of a point if you ask me. One thing is certain though with the right sigil, you can really crank the damage from Frost DW. Obliterate should be considered the hardest hitting attack of the rotation and will give you very nice numbers my DK alt is in rather lousy gear and I have been seeing 10k crits with Unholy str up. Blood should be more capable in circumstances but the humongous crits you get from Obliterate just makes it more fun.

Out of nowhere I out dps'd our top dps on 10 man twins as frost. I'm not sure if I got lucky, or maybe frost is a little better for twins or what.
I have a feeling that frost is better for twins.
My dk is my alt and in our 25 mans that I do run with him I've beat quite a few mains and he's not decked out in 245 gear like they are. No idea what it is, but it works.
