Are there any current SB specs that can produce High enough DPS to function in a Raid setting?

POST EDIT

i probably should add a little extra info about a few of my choices for this spec.. most locks don't bother with felconcentration or intensity as an affliction lock.. personally i think this is a rediculous idea.. most boss fights have enough aoe damage to warrant the use of those talents over some mana reducing or threat reducing talents in my opinion. i swear by spell pushback reduction.. it really is a massing dps increase on any fight with aoe.

What would a cast rotation look like and what should my hit rating be? I notice there are no talent points in hit rating.

if you need hit you can drop the fel concentration talents for the hit talents.. but the optimum dps talent spec is without the hit talents.. in which case you will need 14% hit (13% as alliance) in terms of a rotation.. open with rank.1 lifetap, shadowbolt > haunt > corruption, UA, CoA.. otherwise just renew dots as they wear out, keep haunt up and swap shadowbolt for drain soul come 24% health (don't do it at 25%, chances are it'll bug)
