EDIT: Damn! Only 8.3k with procs and 25% ArP. Although I am no-where near Aeth's line of gear.

Without of course, don't use Grim toll and I don't have Mjolnir.
Edit: make that 48.15% ArP, got myself the dragonstalker helm and it beats the T9.245 helm by 10.49 dps.
Also note that I gem for agility and not ArP.
If I used Grim toll I'd be at about 90% ArP while it's up.

Clothies must be laughing their asses off. With trinket procs my tank armor is reduced to that of a clothie. And the difference between losing 2.7k armor and 27k armor is pretty devastating.

That'll happen in 3.3, the new IC 5 man ArP trinket is sick.
678 ArP on proc, I might even reach the cap with that.
0 armor bosses, even if only for 10 seconds is still incredibly fun.
I wonder how high my Aimed shots will crit with that trinket + cooldowns up.

The real question is how much dps can you pull. I'd say boss level target dummy self buffs and consumables only as raid make up and boss mechanics vary.
Target dummy dps is irrelevant as without Sunders and Fearie Fire MM ArP is going to suck.
But I do about 6.5-7.5k dps on your average boss, need to up it by another 1k to be equal to our top hunter.

Also, fail on gemming.
Break down the gemming for me since i am just copying a friends gemming right now.
I do about 6600-6800 on a straight tank and spank like Jaraxus, fight with adds being switched like Anub I do about 6k, b ut I think I just need practice. AOE fights like Onyxia about 8500+
Edit - I just got ilvl 245 talonstrike and death's verdict tonight so that will go up hopefully

One +10 stats in the blue socket that gets you the most/best stats and the rest +20 agility.
Hunter gemming done.

And putting it in your belt buckle is throwing away the 6 agility you could have gotten from your pants, or the 6 hit from your chest.

Put on my new staff, as well put the tear in the pants going to try a raid and see if the small hit miss is going to affect me.
I think the biggest thing I can do now is clean up my rotation, not that it is sloppy but I think I need ensure that Explosive shot is going off each time its cooldown is up. Clean up serpent sting, no overwrites or down time. Also become more confident on my switches, I get worried of pulling aggro and pull back when I probably could bring my dps up significantly, which is what I am seeing as I get more experience with my tanks on fights like Anub.

im onl at 8.1k attack but i have 57% crit so i feel itr all evens out

Aggro should never be a problem with MD and FD, you just need to realize when and how much you need to implement them given your tank.
