cease fire.

Rolling a Tauren for the health won't mean anything. It isn't groundbreaking to have tauren or nelf.

End of story.

Not true. NEs have those ugly-*** side burns. That's enough reason to go Tauren right there...

I pointed out that since paladins have the highest stamina multipliers from talents of the plate classes

Just a quick question, but how do you see this? The only stamina multiplier I found is Sacred Duty which increases their stamina by 8%.

Death Knights get 6% from Frost Presence and assuming they're Blood (seems to be the popular choice these days), they get another 3% from Veteran of the Third War.

Warriors get 6% from Vitality.

Granted, Death Knights lack buffs that increase their health while Paladins can increase their stamina by 10% with Blessing of Kings/Sanctuary and Warriors can increase their health by 2200ish from Commanding Shout. So, yeah, if you count in buffs, I guess Paladins, past a certain gear level, get more health overall - provided the tier gear doesn't give different stamina bonuses for the various classes.

But I'm guessing we're talking three-digit amounts here. It's not like an equally geared Paladin and Warrior or Death Knight will be thousands of health points apart. At least, that's not what I've seen.

Paladins have two different talents with stamina multipliers: Sacred Duty (8%) and Combat Expertise (6%). Death Knights have 6% from Frost Presence, 2% from their Stoneskin Gargoyle rune and 3% from VotTW if they are blood specced. Warriors have 6% from Vitality. Assuming that these talents don't stack multiplicatively (I don't think they do), Paladins have +14%, DKs have +11% and Warriors have +6%.

The difference is getting bigger as gear ilevel increases. As far as I can tell, BiS ICC gear is going to give paladins possibly up to several thousand more HP than warriors and DKs when fully raid buffed.
