Have I just managed to ***** up my minion somehow, or did they get nerfed last patch? (Yeah, I haven't been on her much, lately.) Anywho, whenever my minion respawns (after I dismount, etc.) it's at 56% health. And it stays there until either I heal it or it eventually heals itself.
Anybody know what's up?

It's a known issue. In fact, there's a thread on this forum about 10 posts down on the exact same issue:
