If I turn off my exp, will my lower lvl pet still gain exp?

I would *guess* yes (since a level-capped character can still level up a pet), but I haven't tried it myself so I can't say myself. Also it might not work in the same way as hitting the normal level cap at all, since I'm pretty sure it doesn't give you the experience to money conversion on quest rewards so it's different in at least that regard.

Hopefully someone who's tried this out will post. :)

Well I turned off my exp. My pet is still gaining exp.

Thanks for your post, and I hope this helps anyone else that was wondering the same thing.

Could someone tell me where you turn off exp gain, so I can level other pets without passing my friends in levels?

For alliance, he is in the same room in the back of the castle with the battlemasters. He is stealthed so its easy to scan past him.

For Horde, not sure. I stopped playing my horde toons.
Hopefully someone else can let you know where to go if your horde.

Am I the only one going WTF?!? I know he's trying to speak to me, I just can't understand what he's talking about.

Haha Browning, when I first read that I also didn't quite understand.

To turn off Experience (for a fee) you talk with Behsten for Alliance.

For horde, you talk with Slahtz.

Sorry if my previous post was unclear. I had my pregnant wife yelling at me while I was posting.

Pregnant wife aggro is the worst kind. Smiley: nod

I understood what you meant, though.

Since when can you turn off experience gain?

The only two uses I can think of are levelling with friends and twinks...and Blizz never really made the game very twink friendly.

Eh, a couple patches back, at the same time they split BGs into leveling and non-leveling. Twinks were *not* happy.
