Does anyone remember offhand when the new XPac is releasing? I was looking through things the other day and read that the devs are nuking ArP for the XPac, which will nerf the MM build. People were asking for pet ArP scaling but GC had posted that is a wasted effort- anyone have any other news on this?
It is really too bad though, ArP for pets would have given a nice boost to BM.

Why are you assuming it's gonna be a nerf?
It isn't like Blizz is saying, "Okay. Let's just get rid of x, y and z stats. And we're done! No, no, we don't need to do anything else."
Furthermore, the mastery system and talents are going to provide ArP for classes that need it. It just won't be a stat on gear.

Well, since Blizard stated Armor Penetration and Defense will go away, it will be a nerf to ArP MM. It's not like Browning said it was going to nerf other builds. Yes there will be other things that blizard does, but we do not know wht they are yet. It almost sounds like they are going back to vanilla to look at itemization, but I am unsure just how they will incoorporate it.
When they took away the 1agi=2ap for hunters, they introduced +AP to their gear to "compensate" for the change and also make it more appealing across the board for other classes. We will just have to see what Blizzard has in mind.
I do see this as a nerf to the ArP MM build, kind of like the nerf to the old SV buld that relied on the old AGI mechanics. That doesn't mean there will not be a new build that will be DPS king, we just have to wait and see what tree Blizzard throws the love to this time.

Cause AS crits are sexah.
I am thinking of dropping it for hawk just because I have like, no haste. I'm torn though.
With latency and everything I'm not going to rely on a macro when the overall dps difference was 13 dps in favor of TSA.
