My guild is on the rocks. Our guild leader left the server/faction with 5 of our core raiders (all of the tanks, a heals, top dps) for a hardcore progression guild. He left the bank alone thank god, but gave us no warning, which led to people quiting thinking the guild was done for.

Going from farming ToC/Ulduar25s every week to scrambling to get a 10s going has been frustrating. We are slaving away to get our alts raid ready for some added flexibility. Looks like my second priest is getting a vacation from picking flowers :)

Could she survive a reg ulduar run, what numbers should I be aiming for mana/spellpower/etc?

She can pull a bit over 2k dps on a dummy unbuffed with my sloppy casting. I would be running with alts, all of our mains are saved to hardmodes.

As it stands, if you were getting a leg up from geared people, possibly. Since you're not, then no, could do with about 2000 sp iirc.

It's obvious to me that you're trying to gear up, and doing it correctly, which gives you a massive boost over an unfortunately large chunk of the population. Like mothra said, if you were being helped out, then possibly, but if you were doing it for progression? Then no.

A few suggestions: Swap out Glyph of Power Word: Shield for Glyph of Mind Flay. It's getting buffed in the next patch, but is still extremely useful for raiding even today.

Also, I would suggest moving the two points out of Improved Power Word: Shield in the discipline tree and either

A) Dropping one into Inner Focus and the other into 1/2 Imp. VE, or

B) Dropping both into either 2/2 Imp. Shadowform or 2/2 Imp. VE.

And you seem to be about 45 or so hit shy of the cap. Shoot for 290, IIRC. Point-for-point, hit is the stat that gives the most dps until you hit the cap. After that,

Spellpower > Haste = Crit > Spirit > Int > Stamina

Try getting into a few Naxx runs. It's so much of a loot piñata it's just scary.

Edit for link

Thanks. It has been a year since I raided in my sexy shadowform, I'm a bit nervous. I'll pick up the glyph and look over my spec. I'll grind through some reg/heroic ToC5s and hopefully find a decent naxx pug.
