I just made some build for winterchill, using FFB as default dps.
(this would probably be the easiest build ever;) )

Or would it still be better to go fire with imped scorch for +5% raid buff?

Doesn't work well because FFB gets a lot more DPS out of fire talents than it does out of frost ones.
