Fast Flight Form QuestionFollow

I was just scrolling through the pages here and someone posted about Druid Stats to solo TBC Heroics. I read it and, after looking around a bit, realized that the Druid Fast Flight Form is, like Paly and Lock transport, a quest.

Unfortunately it looks like I need to run a dead instance to get it. So, my question: Is this simply trained (Bought) at the trainer now? I know Palys no longer must bang their heads into the wall (aka - get groups for 55+ dead instances)
