That's more than enough to solo Anzu. I started with my bear and now have just over 29k health with less than great dodge and AP. The fight takes a little bit for me, but I wasn't ever in danger of dieing. Remember that during phase switches, there is about 3-4 seconds where anzu is banished but the bird adds haven't come out yet. If you feel the need, you can cast a heal and pop back into bear form. I doubt you'll need to. Honestly, the room trash is harder than Anzu.
