I've really been wanting one lately, but I don't want to spend my limited time leveling it if I'd just want a different race later.
As far as Horde races go, I don't really like how Trolls look, so they'd have to have awesome forms for me to make one...
Anyone know if Blizzard has mentioned if they'll be revealing the forms pre-beta?

Not that I know of but if they do I would love to find out. I was leveling a warrior and stopped the toon as I would prefer a Worgen warrior so I understand what you mean.

I also hope they're going to be updating the Moonkin and Tree skins soon as well (hopefully before Cataclysm, but if not I suppose I'll live). My druid is dual specced boomkin/tree and I want new skins too!
They aren't that bad, just boring. The old feral forms were awful...

Or you could just level up the class you want and use the Paid Race Change that's coming 'soon' (I expect at Cata). I mean honestly do you want to level up a lowbie after flying mounts are allowed; especially if you play on a PvP server :P

I don't really want to start it now just to pay an additional 30 bucks for what will likely be an alt (unless I love playing it--no better time to switch mains than at an expac when everyone is leveling again).
Plus, Cata is gonna make leveling alts a lot of fun. All new quests with updated mechanics, updated visuals, flying mounts (as you said), etc.

If it isn't BOA, it's not worth holding on to, to be brutally honest (in the sense that you will outlevel it in a matter of days or hours).
If it's BOA, well, problem solved.
