I know it's a long shot, but does any ubermage from the forums happen to have access to a Glyph of Eternal water on the PTR PVE realm?
I'd love to test out the difference between Live and PTR, but the glyph is impossible to find.
I have a frost FAQ just waiting, it needs current info from the PTR though :(

Unfortunately I do not, but I'm sure there is someone on ej who does/is doing testing. Check out the back end if the Mage compendium thread.
I haven't gotten through the whole thread, but this thread on the WOW forums seems to have some really good information. So far it doesn't look like the glyph is on the PTR.
