During my earlier "easy" run, I remember the Rogue constantly ran to the Confessor to kick her. My Death Knight also has a "interrupt focus target" macro, but it requires whatever I'm hitting to be close to the Confessor, which is rarely the case in PUGs.

I do admit, I wasn't been the best healer during this last run. I didn't hug on the third phase of The Black Knight, but mostly because I had a ghoul humping my leg so I had to spam Nourish to keep anyone up. It's sad when you can't switch away from Nourish spam to cast HoTs because people die in the global cooldown. Especially since Nourish spam rarely works. Someone gets marked and one Nourish isn't enough to heal through that, but you can't apply Rejuvenation and Regrowth because everyone else will die in the global cooldowns.

It's ridiculous.

Yeah the thing with H ToC is the damage that gets thrown around.

In other heroics you can just put a rejuv on someone who has taken damage then concentrate on someone else, knowing that the rejuv will have enough time to have 2-3 ticks and heal the person back up.

That doesn't happen in H ToC, if someone annoyed the RNG gods and they take 2 of the confessor's hammer things, whatever she does, sometimes that's enough to finish them off, and certainly not enough time for a rejuv to have any real affect.

My pally has a much easier time healing that place because between beacon (heals the tank as I heal others) and the Holy Light glyph (heals for 10% to everyone within a certain range) I can push out bug numbers fast.

In any other situation my druid outheals my pally, but to push out those big numbers requires time and co-ordination to stack the hots then nourish spam while keeping the hots up.

There just isn't enough time in ToC.

That and I swear since that place was released I've run it 10+ times and only had Eadric, the billion times easier guy, once on heroic difficulty.

Yeah, Confessor seems to frequent the heroic version much more than the normal.

On a related note, I no longer have to worry about healing ToC Heroic, though. I found out today that my gear is good enough to tank ToC and tanks are in demand on my server (more than healers), so if I need to go there again, I'll go as tank and not healer. Tanking seems to be a million times easier than healing. At least in ToC. And any other instance where your DPS have some bricks to move around.

As for healing, well, I helped my guild down Twins and Anub in ToC10 normal the other night. Was great. And I did Ony10 right after which, despite some wipes, turned out to be quite easy as well. Provided your off-tank knows a flying f*ck. He didn't.* We carried him through, though.

* He would taunt Onyxia by accident (twice) in Phase 1.
