i have a 78 priest i am just finsihing up gettting to 80. She was able to do the Direbrew stuff so i already have good trinkets for my 80 ding, but now i am really set.
at 78 the guild took me along to reg ToC to farm 5 or 6 runs. I basially walked away with Shoudlers, ring, Wrist, and a belt.
She also have the BS epic dagger and the Scribe Epic OH waiting.

as soon as i hit 80 this weekend it looks like my mana pool is about to double with these new shinies.
this will be my 4th 80, and i dont ever remember ANY of them having 8 or so lvl 80 purple waiting for them.
Good times incoming

yup and you can heal toc10 no problem and toc25 with a somewhat decent healer group if you know what you are doing.

that being said, it was the same way towards the end of BC also

I have a tough time getting INTO groups but once i'm there I pull my weight and more (because my paladin heals is OP)

Just enjoy it, no need to worry about anything but the new content without having to put in weeks in ulduar...kind of nice but i still enjoyed the experience the first time around

ulduar is where you go for a mount or your raid leader has like 26 frags =P

You can heal TotC10 if you have a GREAT Healer group, good tanks, and know your job perfectly. 25? No. Not unless you get carried because your heals would be worthless. I'm pretty solid geared for hitting 80 so recently and I still struggled.

Honestly do NOT equip the Titansteel Spellblade, the only thing Epic about it is the price tag for nothing worth it. Farm H ToC until you get Dagger. The difference is huge and it's free. Seems to drop fairly often too.

That aside, yeah. Gearing up is ezmode.

as for the dagger. My blacksmith will make it for me, i had all of the mats in the bank rotting except for 2 titensteal bars, one of which i made yesterday with mats i had on hand. it will do much better then the BoA staff i have currently, and pretty much only cost me a small amount of oppurtunity cost.

thanks, yes, the mace looks like better stats for what i want to be doing, i'll go for that.
