New 80 Bear stats?Follow

Man - this is definitely not the case on my server. Nobody looks at health, spellpower, AP or anything any more. It is all gearscore. Just put on your highest iLvL gear (even it's healing gear) then get yourself into a group, then change to your tanking gear while nobody is looking :)

Gearscore is the be all and end all on my server - you can get away with not even linking the achievement now.

Well I have finally settled on my spec's and whatnot and have focused on Moonkin for now. I started running ToC(5man) for feral gear and managed to pick up more caster gear coz no one else wanted it. So I eventually became more geared as moonkin and ran stuff using that more than feral.

Due to that I focus on Moonkin for heroics and use feral for dailies/quests. I really thought I would have had bugger all chance getting into groups as DPS, but I haven't had an issue so far. Got into a pretty casual raiding guild, have only been in for a few days and yet to run anything with them, I got into a PUG for OS and didn't embarrass myself and stayed out of the fire :)

I love my Moonkin.
