so, I've Gotten most of the gear from heroic dungeons, just need a mace from h nexus/ h toc ... anyways where do i go next for gearing? can't seem to figure it out. do I start w/ 10 mans? unsure.

Keep running heroics for all the badge loot..you still have a few items you can replace
then start 10 toc if you can, 10 ulduar and maybe a get in a farm group of 25 toc or 25 ulduar
OS 10/25 you can start now but other than a trinket on 25 I can't remember anything good dropping from there (25+2d I think has a decent shoulder)
Run regular and heroic 5 man toc, you need more gear with hint. 289 is the cap

Your armory currently won't load, but...
Basically, what Smoopie said - (heroic) 5 man ToC can gear about 40% of all your gearslots filled up with itemlevel ~210ish epics, effectively making you close to on par for TotC 10-man or Ulduar 25-man. Once you've got every item you can get from 5-man ToC you'll have to be off and find yourself a raiding guild if you want to continue gearing up. Or you can PUG raids and wipe a lot.

Run heroics to earn Emblems of Conquest until there's nothing else for you to buy. Do the daily heroic as many days as possible to get 2 Emblems of Triumph. Look at the ilevel of your gear and improve those slots that are 200 or below. Also, a Taylor in your guild may be able to make you a slightly better cloak, or trade some Emblems of Conquest for Emblems of Valor to get one.
