Ok ill be 80 in a few hours an i read the Holy guide. But the guide doesnt really help to get me geared for early herois so i was hopin you guys could look at my armor an sugest anything you think will help me get started like what enchants would help me the most an whatnot. Thanks in advance

I use maxdps.com as a guide to see what I want
It's not the best source in the world, but if you put in a little legwork and time you can see generally what you want.
As a healer there can't really be a best in slot list because you have different play styles that are all viable depending on what you are doing. Fol spam works for some, holy light bombs work for others. Some want 30k mana, some want just enough to end a fight with 5%...
That site will give you a decent list. also I would take a holy/ret build until you start getting to content where bubble-sac will really be helpful.

I will be rocking leather mail and cloth items from reg toc when I hit 80

toc is amazing for alts, I think I have something like 15 items out of there already..I still need some tank stuff though

Yeah honestly especially when you're gearing up, non-plate items are just fine. In fact, I notice sometimes mail items are a little better~ less stamina and more healy stats >.> Just avoid the spirit and hit rating stuff.
