Blood specs DK - new raiting vs. 3.2.2 patchFollow

With the new patch, I saw a decrease in dps, mainly because of the Armor Penetration nerf. I would like to know the new numbers for a cookie cutter blood spec doing mainly heroic and raid.

Hit raiting (soft cap is 263 if I remember it. Correct me if I'm wrong)
Armor Penetration raiting (soft cap is?),
Expertise (6.5% is what you're aiming for right?)

Second question: Do you increase Armor Penetration to soft cap then start increasing Expertise or you increase both together?
