totem bar helpFollow

I read about the totem bar in the shamen sticky, is it only available to high level toons? My baby shamen got his fire totem and so would like to be able to use one hot-key to drop a earth and fire totem at once. Have trawled through the interface to try and find a option for it but can not. It may be a add-on I am using affecting it, main add-ons I have installed are fubar, dominos, xperl (did find a option in xperl that effects the totem bar have tried enabling and disabling this), sct and auctionator, squeenix, mbf. Have tried moving everything about on screen to see if was hidden behind something with out luck.

Any help would be appreciated or any one recommend a add-on that would achieve this?

Ya, you have to be level 30 to train the first Call "spell" that will allow you to drop multiple totems on one GCD. I know Bartender took a couple of weeks to release an update that supported the totem bar, but I can't speak to other addons. Even though Bartender4 now at least shows the totem bar, the keybinding for it still doesn't work so I wound up having to go into the stock WoW keybindings interface and set it there. Once you're set with one bar, I find I don't even need the other Call spells. I just tweak the one bar if I know I'll need a different totem for a specific encounter and have things like Magma and Tremor Totems on their own individual key bindings so that I can drop them on their own as needed without blowing the mana to redrop all four totems just to refresh/change one.
