Hehe, I could not figure out why, on more than a few occasions Tuesday, I either was shot or caused a raid wipe... It all makes sense now :) Blizz mucked up the PW:S glyph and I was stealing spells/buffs/abilities from the raid. I just wish I had known so I could have collected a soulshard :(

Article says it's already hotfixed, but the potential for awesome dps by a disc priest on say Hodir was there.

I think the bug had something to do with the change to the PW:S glyph, they were trying to change it so that it would crit based off the priest casting it not the person being cast on.
Instead if it was cast the next ability used by the person it was cast on was attributed to the priest. So shield a tank, tank taunts boss, Onyxia turns to the priest and gobbles them up. Oops...
If we had know what was happening we could have had some real fun. One person mentioned gain a warlock's haste buff, which never faded off of them. I looked at my logs today and found some thunder claps, bunch of warlock spells, and I even got off a few steady shots. ^_^

The haste buff one I would be a little skeptical about since that would involve taking the spell stone buff which is a weapon buff not a personal buff.
Though I guess one way it could work is if you cast the shield on them before they summon the spell stone then you would have some of your own and could use it on your own weapon.
