So I do know all a healer should do and how it works, I just don't know the details and little things that can set you apart from the rest (in a positive way of course ^^)

Anub'Rekhan - Levitate can be a life-saver/damage preventer, just be sure when to use it - if you throw it on yourself as you're still flying up it'll take you a lot longer to get back down again to start up a heal then if you'd throw it just before you land.
Maexxna - Once P2 kicks in, save your PW:S/Pain Suppression until just before a Web Spray.
Noth the Plaguebringer - Mass Dispel > Cripple as long as you can stay at least somewhat grouped up.
Heigan the Unclean - Get the spell slowing aura on you, throw a Penance on the tank and sit back while your character automatically keeps him topped off for the next ~10 seconds. More of a lazyness technique than a 'little thing to set you apart', but hey, we get plenty of activity on other bosses ;)
Loatheb - You too benefit from the crit buff.
Frogger area - Levitate > slime.
Grobbulus - You can dispel yourself once you get in a good spot to drop the cloud, just be sure to remove the buff afterwards.
Gluth - If your addon is accurate in predicting Decimate, just stop healing altogether ~15 seconds before it and shield up the entire raid. Any healing you do is going to be negated by Decimate anyway, shield might save the lives of people on 5%. Also, with about 2 sec to go 'till Decimate, load up a gheal on whoever's tanking so that it lands right after Decimate - follow it up with a Penance. Also, you can use Shackle Undead to CC a zombie or two should you get aggro or if they get close to Gluth.
Thaddius - For the sake of the opposing side, make sure that your tank exits your plateau with full health and if possible a PW:S on him. Also, if you're healing the non-AOE-damage side, have him leave with a ProM to help the other side out a bit.
Sapphiron - Is a lot harder as disc than as holy. If you're not tank healing, keep either PW:S or Renew running on as much people as possible at all times to negate the AOE, and throw your mana regen CD's around freely.
Kel'Thuzad - Shadow Word: Death 1-shots skeletons.

There's a lot more interesting niche things that help in Ulduar and up, but concerning Naxx I think that's pretty much it.

Discipline’s built for spot healing, whether that’s main healing the tank or rescuing other raid members from the brink. You’ll have that schtick down quickly. Dealing with AOE efficiently is where we have to be clever, and PoM is ridiculously good for that. I toss it every cooldown on every fight, because in the fights where it’s not necessary, mana conservation isn’t important.

Macro Inner Focus + Divine Hymn, and cultivate a sense of when to use it. At +30% cast speed (from Borrowed Time etc), it’s effectively throwing out three Flash Heals every global cooldown, automatically targeting the people who need it the most—oh, and buffing their heals received at the same time. With the +25% crit from IF, you’ll be critting more often than not, landing big heals and leaving them Divine Aegis bubbles to remember you by. It’s Heroism for healers. If you have a Druid in the group who can toss out Tranquility at the same time, the synergy is amazing. He carpet bombs the raid with healing, you smart bomb the vulnerable members, and in the course of a single channel you can bring a raid from decimated to full bars.

Prayer of Healing is also solid raid healing. Spend your emblems of conquest on the hood and robe for +10% crits and pack a Glyph of Prayer of Healing. When your Divine Hymn is on cooldown, you can use a IF+PoH macro too. A Shield-PoM-IF+PoH-Shield-PoH rotation, with Penance for anyone dipping dangerously low, is what I use during boss AOE.

Oh, and by the way, your Disc priest shields make Loetheb almost trivial. Shield the tank on a 15-second rotation and the rest of the raid on a 30-second rotation, timing a PoH followed by Penance for the heal window. All the other healers might as well go DPS, so long as you get an innervate or two.

Thanks, these are great tips.

I think I might just use the stock 1 cleanse of disease on Grobbulus, at least on melee so they can keep on dpsing.

The emperor has no clothes! =P

With Grobbulus, just shield and renew the peeps that get the disease, they'll come back topped off more times than not. (and don't heal anyone trying to loot before the clouds disperse! =D)
