can someone tell me what the effect of these 2 librams on dps would be like, discord adds more damage and on up to 4 melee targets but the CD is 10 sec while LoR adds less damage but the CD is only 4 sec. i need to increase my dps as i stand at 2.5k (approx.) sometimes is hiegher and other times lower but not by much. i am not able to increase the dps lately so if i am not asking too much can you check my profile and tell me if there is something wrong with the gear ot talents

At first glance your HIT rating is way high (263 is cap and yours is 422) however looking at your gear there aren't really any pieces other than the legs that focus on hit.
Your rings appear to be good candidates to look for replacements.
Try for the Darkmoon Card: Greatness Tricket (Nobles Cards/Deck, ~4kg-5kg) or Darkmoon Card: Death Trinket (much cheaper, ~500-1kg) if Greatness is out of reach; I think both would be better than Titan-Forged Rune of Determination, although not sure what people think of Death vs Determination. Greatness and Mirror of Truth are terrific.
The leg enchant could be upgraded to Icescale Leg Armor.
Since it appears as though you are on a RP server, not PvP, look to replace the following enchants - at least for PvE content - if you mostly PvP then maybe not?
Arcanum of Torment enchant would be an upgrade to your helm once you reach Revered with Ebon Blade.
Get working on Sons of Hodir rep as they offer the best shoulder enchant: Greater Inscription of the Axe at exalted and a lesser one at honored or revered. Not sure why you are hated by them - can't recall if you start there and quest to earn the right to do the dailies - if so do that as you can make lots of easy money doing the quests too.
If you can afford it try to get Scroll of Enchant 2H Weapon - Massacre or Scroll of Enchant Weapon - Berserking on your weapon; Savagery is good but the above are better.
Your gems, especially the blue on your helm, could use upgrades to epics (~175g-220g each)for a boost in strength. Try the Sovereign Dreadstone for the blue on your helm (+10 Str/+15 Sta vs Agi/Sta).
You might want to replace the +10 Stats Nightmare Tear gem on your gloves for Sovereign Dreadstone (satisfies the Meta and the Gloves for the crit). The two Sovereign Dreadstone would cover the Meta on the helm.
Once you get to 400 Blacksmithing socket your gloves and bracers for more strength gems (Bold Cardinal Ruby).
Expertise would help but the conventional wisdom is to avoid gemming/enchanting for it - instead concentrating on Strength.
For your glyphs, use Glyph of Seal of Vengeance over Righteousness (Vengeance will add 10 Expertise) and for your empty minor glyph try Glyph of Sense Undead for a damage boost vs undead.
Regarding your talents, most prefer to not use Stoicism and Divine Purpose in favor of Divinity - won't help your DPS but it will your healers.

This is the preferred meta, simply because of fairly easy gem requirements. You do lose between .5 and 1 DPS between this and the CSD but you gain more DPS by not using 2 blue gems. Do not use [Chaotic Skyflare Diamond] because 2 blue gems suck.

I would swap the PvP trinket for the Banner of Victory from normal ToC 5man. It's proc stacks with the Mirror of Truth.
You logged out with an argent lance equipped but if your after a nice weapon and shoulders look no further than heroic ToC 5man.
Like Goggy posted Libram of Valiance should be your focus for triumph badges and will be a solid increase to your dps.

Thanks for the correction arthoriuss regarding the Meta/associated gems (and reminder to keep rechecking Elitistjerks.com every once in a while) as I was still referring to the http://www.retpaladin.com/warcraft/gems/ suggestion, coupled with posts I've read in the past that Chaotic was better until higher-end gear.
It looks like the prevailing preference is the Relentless coupled with a Tear in a blue slot to cover the Meta then only STR gems. So forget the Sovereign gems unless you PvP main (you have a lot of PvP gear so maybe that is for you).
