I was told a few times that I needed better gear before I can run Ulduar.
Is there a site that will help me figure what I would need? It seems that the sites out there jsut tell me what the best pieces are that drop IN Ulduar, not what I need to have before I get in.

I know I need some upgrades trinket-wise (and relic-wise).
Do I just ahve to start combing thru Naxx runs?

The general rule for Uld10 is that you would want to be in mostly Naxx10/heroic epics. I see a lot of blues on your character. Heroic ToC and Emblem of Conquest vendors is where I would be looking for the lion's share of my upgrades if I were you. Your gear would be suitable to start in Naxx10, and ToC/heroic ToC + Conquest epics are the little tidbit Blizzard threw players for 3.2 to allow them to bypass tier 7 and jump into T8 a little quicker, but it'll still take you a couple of weeks or so to get squared away.
What Aurelius said, pretty much. I'm in a mix of heroics/Naxx gear and do just fine in 10-man Ulduar, though there's definitely room for improvement. If only something besides resto gear would drop... (actually some hunter gloves dropped too, hunter because they have very low hit rating--my current gloves have 66 hit and I'm not sure if all of the stat juggling I'd have to do would be worth it
