Will there be any? Like how Blood elves got their blood knight tabards for doing their epic mount quest.
I'm not sure if Allies get anything, I've never been one.
I was wondering if I level my Paladin early as an elf and change it later to Tauren will I miss on those rewards or will they trade em for the Blood elf counterparts or what?
I'm just wondering if its worth it to level it early or should I just wait it out.

Well even if they introduce the rewards after initial release, you'll still be able to do them and acquire the rewards later. 'Sides, you'll save yourself $25 to just lvl it up that way.
Side note, other than the mount, alliance paladins don't get anything other than the mount. The Blood Knight tabard rocks.

You think ill be able to redo the Paladin-specific quests when I race-switch if I did them already on my Blood elf?
