does it count per application or just for your stack in general?
i.e.
full stack = 5 energy/tick
or
full stack = 1 energy/tick

I believe from looking at my logs it's one energy while dp is up, regardless of the number stacked.

What's the proc rate on the t9 2-piece bonus? Also, does it have an internal cooldown? I'm not sure how to take it. It seems like if it has a pretty decent proc rate then it should be pretty sexy.
I've heard on EJ its a really low proc rate. Don't recall the exact number though.
Its worth alot less than the 4piece T8 though, which makes me glad I have all 5 pieces of T8.5 XD

I've got 2 pcs T9 in my bags, with the ArP chest piece in ToC25 laying in wait. I don't want to break the 4pc bonus of T8 though, guess I'm going to wait until I get a few more pcs T9 and change my outfit all at once :)
Thomas, don't hold your breath for the T9 switch.. I recently read this on EJ:
For the most part, unless you are stacking the everliving hell out of armor penetration and have several BIS or near BIS offset pieces, going to anything less than 4t9 is probably going to be, at best, a stam upgrade. The 4T8 bonus is incredibly good, the T9 set bonii are incredibly bad, and the stat allocation is... weird.
Read from this post on to keep up to date. They also talk about the set being so bad that Blizz actually needs to buff the set bonus, so don't throw away your T8.5 gear!

Didn't see it answered amongst the discussion of t9 vs t8 set bonuses, but t8 2pc is 1 energy per individual stack of DP. Doesn't matter if your 'stack' is 1 or 5 just so long as it ticks for damage. So yes if you fok large trash packs(10+) you will see a fairly large increase in energy regen. I highly recommend you try it on Ony adds in phase 2:)
