I now have 46 badges which means I can get Mantle of catastrophic Emanation. But the trinket Talisman of Resurgenceseems to be calling me. I can probably get 3 badges tonight in the Uld raid to get to 50 for the trinket. 128 Intellect seems crazy, especially once I go back to Arcane with the 3.22 patch. What do you guys think.
It looks like a good trinket for arcane, not so much for fire. I would get a tier piece over that shoulder though, just keep in mind that the T9 chest piece is the weekest of them.
Stupid question, but where do you get the tier peices. I must be blind. I don't see triumph badge tier pieces.

On the other hand, unlike T8...it's actually a robe.
Robe will be my offpiece again for this set. The helm and shoulder are nice upgrades, and usually the first 2 to grab,
not to mention you might get the legs or gloves from voa.
