Typically speaking, should I gem and enchant for spell penetration or resilience more for PVP? They changed resilience to all player damage instead of just crits right?
Gemming and chanting should still focus on Spell power. Spell penetration to cloak isn't bad though and if you have no other gear with spell penetration on it then it's not bad to get it up to 100-125ish. I'm not totally sure about the resilience changes yet but many of the top arena mages stack spellpower gems nearly exclusively (aside from activating their meta), but they get 86 spell penetration from wand and offhand.
I also have a PvP question. Im about 2k spell power with my pvp set. But my haste was just under 200. Crit who cares right?
So, now im stacking haste and trying to get it up to 500ish. Should i drop my spell power trinket for a 90 haste trinket from WG? also the Trinkets from WG that allow u to get out of fear and such, do they share a CD?

I don't know what amount of haste is good for arenas, but the WG trinkets do share cool downs with each other and other similar trinkets and Every Man For Himself.
I PvP arcane, and find that spellpower is the best to stack. I use spell pen/spellpower purple gems to get the two blues for my meta.
