lost totems :: Free Realms

I just got totemic recall was trying to use it and all my totems and my totem bar are gone. I have looked for them but they are gone any ideas on how to get them back or do i have to go through the quest again? Thanks

Hmm, well try looking in the Spell Book. (Just hit P on your keyboard to bring it up, if you haven't changed anything.) After that, check your Interface settings to see if you did something to it. (Esc button, Interface) Check to see if an addon is doing it, research it and it's potential problems on the net. (Curse.com, etc. Things like Bongos, Bartender would do it. Disable 1 addon at a time and try to find the culprit, or turn them all off.)

Finally, maybe ticket a GM. Might be a bug.

If you hold shift and control while pushing a directional arrow, you will change your base action bar. It sounds to me like you may have done that. Are any other hotkeys missing? I know when I first started playing I did not realize that you could have multiple bars and cycle through them.
