Crusade>Sotp for Demons/Undead/Humaniods/Elementals other mob types SotP>Crusade. Basically Crusade for Naxx, SotP for Uld.
Crusade comes out ahead in ToTC though. Honestly, I'm still specced 53/18 and I haven't had any tps problems at all in Ulduar, even though most of the dps I tank for outgear me.
Don't know how you people do it. I am a solid 3/56/12. Going without PoJ is just awful feeling when you spend so much time in dungeons be it solo, or running back after a wipe. I never have nor could I ever get 5/5 Conviction. I went 3/3 Crusade and 3/5 SotP.

see, being as I'm already a dwarf with tiny legs, it always APPEARS as though I'm running faster than I actually am, so I just trick myself into believing it's true. And thus I avoid PoJ.
