Took a break between heroics today to see what to pick up with badges since I had a decent number, and unless I'm just thinking that Tier bonuses are better than they are, I can't really see anything worth picking up to replace. Hoping someone might be able to give me any advice, otherwise I guess I'm just going to get some gear for my heal set.

If you can manage the 4 set bonus from tier 8, thats you're goal really. The 4 set is pretty stellar on movement fights.

I give you props for knowing that even the 19 spell power gem is better in a blue socket than an epic 12 sp/10 spirit!
But yeah, nothing really necessary to replace. Most of what you can get is most likely going to be a side grade with minimal dps improvements.
