Always wondered why ranged damaged range is red. I click on it and it shows 912-1067</red>x61%<end>

Thanks, I was messing with an aspect marco and noticed it. I have seen it before. All is good, and getting better.

The red text means that your damage is being decreased, the % shows how much of normal damage you are doing. I'm guessing you're BM with Aspect Mastery (+1 point in Focused Fire?). That would explain why you were at 61% rather than 50%.
You'll see a similar thing with Warriors in Defensive Stance--they also take a damage penalty, even with talents, so one might for instance see red text and then 99%.
