Now that we'll be no longer earning Emblems of Heroism I want to clear out my remaining ones. I currently have:
57 Emblems of Heroism
11 Emblems of Conquest
2 Emblems of Triumph
57 EoH is an awkward number. I've been trying to figure out the best way to spend them and I have 2 ideas:
- buy Mirror of Truth and a Cardinal Ruby, or
- buy a piece of T7.
Both options are an upgrade over my existing gear as I am in a social guild and have not done anything higher than heroic 5mans yet. However they are both inferior to drops from normal and herioc TOC let alone T8/T9. Although Mirror of Truth would combine nicely with Banner of Victory I think.
My main question is, since both of these options involve trading 3 Emblems of Conquest into Emblems of Heroism, is this being counter-productive?

The ToC reg trinket is better.
When you run out of new emblem gear get the last epic gem.
