The above is my armory. I just recently switched to tanking, and I wanted to know what, if anything I can improve on, and what heroics/raids would I be qualified to tank with my current setup. Spending gold is not really an issue for me, so regemming/enchants can be done.

I really appreciate any advice that can be gathered, and insight that is offered. Also, what rotations do you all use for tanking?

No, rotation. Rotation is bad.

Keep Mangle and FFF on CD. Keep Demo up. Maul when it wont rage starve you. This is on bosses for trash just Maul and Swipe while hitting tab.

Use cooldowns to stay alive. Keybinds are your friend.

Taunt stray mobs. FC, Maul + Mangle can work sometimes as well. Heck FFF can hold off healing aggro.

Get a shoulder enchant.

Agility on gloves not expertise.

Profit.

Go tank some heroics. Try OK, AN, ToC and HoL. Make sure to eat teh novas in HoL. They should be a good trial run batch to do. Get back on how all that went and we can talk more specifics.

Thus far, I have tanked 10man regular ToC, Heroic/reg VoA, parts of 25man nax, Heroics out the Wahzoo, And other stuff. Managing to hold threat really well, and all, I still need to get the agi enchant for my gloves. but i am in the process of also leveling enchanting on this toon so that I can get even more bonuses.
