this is my current build im sure there is loads of problems with it. im at 65 right now never could find a bm leveling build. imim pretty sure i have alot of wasted points that could be used somewhere else so any help would be great and i was wondering if switching to MM would be good or if i should just do BM all the way to 80

please look at the many resources that are already posted. Hunter preparing to raid has been updated and has some builds, just look there to get an idea.

It's a PvE BM spec, which soloing is PvE basically follow the BM tree like it is on the raiding thread and then just pick and choose where you want to go from there. You won't go wrong following that because it's going to accomplish what you want it to do, kill stuff quickly and using your pet effectively. So it should be fine.

I would say while levelling as long as you have decided which tree you want and fill that tree there are few talents that are really bad and several variations on what you can do with them , you can either go for maximum damage or try and maximise you and your pets survivability.

For example in the first tier you can go either more damage with Hawk or more health with Endurance i always choose damage so 5 points in Hawk first but as i dislike most of the second tier talents i usually put 3 points in endurance then fill out 2 points in focused fire. =10 points so far

Third tier has to be a point in aspect mastery and 4 in fury as i think they are the best talents to take. =15 points

Fourth tier i always go with the 2 points in mend pet and 5 in ferocity.= 22 points

Fifth tier for me is spirit bond at least 1 point there and intimidation 1 point and bestial 1 point= 25 points

Sixth tier i go with frenzy =30

Seventh tier has to be 1 point in BW no question about that and is what a bm hunter wants but not sure that catlike reflexes is any use unless it is for pvp and the points in inspiration seem wasted to me as its so little bonus in damage so i usually fill out something i started in a lower tier as you need to use up 4 points to get at the next level. =35 points

Eighth tier has to be 5 points in serpents swiftness no question there for me.=40 points

Ninth tier has to be the beast within 1 point and cobra 3 points and longevity at least 1 point =45 points

the last real tier you need only has one choice so 5 points brings you up to 50 points.

The choice now is do you want exotic pets as you may be better in starting points in another tree as many do at this point or take the final talent and give your pet 4 extra talent points.

This is my view on a levelling build which some may disagree with but is a reasonable choice for most BM Hunters with no real bad points being used , i prefer the boost to mend pet rather than revive pet as lets face it who when being attacked has enough time to revive a dead pet i prefer to try and keep my pets alive and therefore me as well.

I hope this helps as i think i have the talents pretty well sorted out.

I see i have a karma-camper on my tail.

I believe i answered the OP,s question correctly but perhaps not in the best of english so MR ? karma-camper if you can do better then prove it by answering the post better than i did rather than rating me down as at least i put my own views on talents not the say of others.

To the original poster either BM or MM at your level is fine but i would stick with what you know as you are at the point where you will have used most of the talents needed in BM and can then switch to fill out the remainder in MM as its only really level 80 content that you might want to switch to survival or marksman spec but i am not sure with this latest patch if it is still survival that is better with dps at 80 as they changed so much.

I was not whining about karma i was just commenting to the ones that down rate me that they should at least put me right if i make a fool of myself as it is both stupid and childish to down rate a hopefully reasonable post that was trying to answer the original post correctly and hopefully give new hunters some ideas what talents to use.

I would be quite happy if i had no karma level as i always say what i think and am willing to learn if i get it wrong which you know i sometimes do at times and my english quite often lets me down so if i was downrated for my english then that is just tough luck for me.

Now this is me whining i guess.

Lately everyone claims they have a karmacamper whenever a decent post gets rated down.
Just ignore it and don't cry about being downrated (which will only get you more ratedowns.)

You are obviously not very experienced at handling the internet.
You see, the internet is dirty, mean, cruel and it will stick something up your *** whenever it gets the chance.

Right now, you're naked and bending over in front of it asking to be violated.
