#showtooltip
/cast [stance:1] FC bear; [stance:3] FC cat

Shift click the spell names in from the book. I forget what they are called.

edit:

here is a mouse over compatible version

#showtooltip
/cast [stance:1, target=mouseover,exists,harm,nodead] [stance:1,target=target] Feral Charge - Bear; [stance:3, target=mouseover,exists,harm,nodead] [stance:3,target=target] Feral Charge - Cat

From wowwiki.

also....bear naked dance party at the dalaran well. we've got about 8 nelf druids and a half dozen taurens, with a smattering of random shaman wolves and people with furbolg/wolvar costumes too!

White cat? Dear lord.

Here's hoping I won't have to change my hair color into something awful to avoid the awful NE coloring.

Here's a quick list of my macros (I use a lot since my actionbar setup doesn't allow a prowl bar):

/castsequence reset=4 Mangle (Bear)(), Maul, Maul
/cast [stealth] Ravage; Shred
/cast [stealth] Pounce; Rake
/cast [stance:3] Prowl; Shadowmeld
/cast [stance:1/3] Faerie Fire (Feral)(); Faerie Fire
/cast [stance:1] Growl; [stance:3] Cower
/cast [stance:1] Demoralizing Roar, [stance:3] Dash

I'm still running low on hotkeys, though. For instance, Swipe (Cat) isn't bound to anything yet.

::EDIT::

Funny, some of my macros use [form] instead of [stance]. Haven't noticed them not working, so I guess you can use both.
