Hello, I have been playing wow for about 2 months now and i have leveled a paladin a druid a hunter a mage a warlock and another druid all to 25+. I really enjoy the playstyle of all of them, but i have decided to go with paladin or druid. I have a problem where i will play a character for like 1-2 days and then get jealous of another class and try that one. I am tired of spending all my time in game ******** around with new characters and would like to pick one and go all the way with it. I like pally for the toughness and the damage it puts out. I also like how they get to use almost all weapons. I like druid because its as tough as a pally while in bear and does damage as good as a rogue while in cat. The playstyle i enjoy most is melee dps i think. Even if its not im still gonna pick one and level it because if i decide i don't like melee today, then by tomorrow it could be my favorite. So, please help me decide on a class.

All feedback/suggestions are much appreciated.

You seem to like hopping between classes and playing styles so Paladin and Druid are good choices. They are the only two classes that can fulfil any role in a group.

Being a Paladin I am biased and would say Paladin is best. I just love being a Healer in plate armour. I dont top the meters but I can dish out hefty single target heals as only a Paladin can. I always thought Druids looked bad anyway, you get the latest bit of gear, but youre still the same old cat...

From what ive experienced, Paladins tend to enjoy more success in Battlegrounds than Druids do.

Yea i way prefer the idea of a plate wearing axe wielding character. But, druids can be ranged dps which pallys cant so idk. But yea, same old cat/bear/tree seems like it would get old. Every other class gets cooler looking stuff almost constantly.

Well, we don't really get a ton of weapon choices, but the selection isn't bad. You want someone with wide weapon options, Warrior is the way to go ;)

But to answer your question, well, we can't really do that. Only you can say what you'll enjoy doing the most. When I started playing, I kept jumping back and forth between classes as well. I had a crappy computer/internet, so leveling was really slow, and I'd just get bored with a class. Going so slow I needed a change every now and then, so I was leveling an Alliance Hunter, Paladin, and Warlock, and a Horde Shaman (Alliance didn't have Shaman back then <.<) all at the same time (with various other alts intermittently). I had most classes at around 30 or higher before I got my first level 60 (at the time, max level >.>). My Hunter was even 50+ when my Paladin reached 60.

Nowadays, I still hop from toon to toon, cause I get bored with one and need a change. That very well just may be the playstyle that is best suited for you. But, if you are really looking to just stay with one class that can fulfill your desire to do something different when you're "not in the mood" for what you currently are, Druid is probably the best suited for that. Paladin is a good choice too, but nothing beats a Druid for versatility.

Quite honestly when I'm leveling my Druid, I don't often "stay true to my spec". What I mean by that is if I'm Balance (caster) spec, and I want to change it up, I'll just jump into Cat Form for a while. Sure it's not nearly as efficient, but it helps me stay focused longer. And this way you can experience all 4 playstyles as you level, breaking DPS down into 2 roles, ranged/melee.

Only real drawback, as mentioned: in Forms, you don't get to see all that gear you've been earning =/ But, the art for Bear/Cat has been updated, so at least you'll look better than before ^^

Go with a druid.

They are stronger healers, they have always been strong tanks, there kitty dps is good this expac, boomkin is getting a buff and they have always been strong in pvp.

Paladins are strong but druids just have more fun.

ok thanks for the help guys. I am gonna go druid because at level 80 it doesn't really matter if you look different because everyone will be wearing the best armor, which is the same for everyone that's the same class. I also enjoy switching to cat to run fast between quests. I have had more fun with my druid than my pally. So thanks again.
