Mimiron 10-man HardmodeFollow

The 10 man group that I am a part of has been attempting 10-man Mimiron. Our group consists of 1 tank, 3 healers, 6 dps. Breakdown below:

Protection Paladin

Combat Rogue (me)
Ret. Pally

Marksman Hunter
Survival Hunter
Destro Lock
Arcane Mage

Disc Priest
Resto Druid
Resto Druid

One of the hunters tanks the head in phase 3.

Our group has many problems, but we seem to be getting to phase 4 more often than not. However, we usually lose a dps or healer in P1 to napalm or in P3 to the bomb bots.

A couple of times, everyone was present for P4 b/c of battle rezzes, but we can't get mimiron down before the enrage timer. Does that mean our dps sucks and we need to l2play or are there hints out there where we can get phases to go quicker?

We usually get P1 down in 1.45 and P2 seems to go quick. P3 seems to take a long time because I focus almost exclusively on assault and trash bots.

I am mainly looking for pointers from a rogue's point of view to get mimiron down within the enrage timer. Thanks.

Honestly, the easiest way to beat mim hardmode is having no one die. Even with Brezzes, you lose a lot of dps/healing/etc to having to brezz someone and rebuff them, even then they're missing a food buff. Clean up your strat so no one dies and if you can take it to P4 you can probably score a kill. Get people to take a serious look at their WWS and see where they can clean up their dps/performance in general.

Thanks for the advice. We were able to get Mimiron down last night after 10+ attempts.

We still had someone die early. Also, we replaced the disc priest with a resto shaman. The shaman gave us a much needed heroism boost in P3, and we were able to down the head with only two cores.

I have to say P4 is the most intense part of the fight and I think we lost half the raid before we finally got all three parts down.
