Tanking HelpFollow

I have what I think to be a problem maybe more experienced people can help me with.

Now....remember that I only flipped to lvl 80 all of four days ago. My equiptment is by no means perfect, but it is on the right track...but that isn't my problem.

This afternoon, in HoL, I kept having this 77th lvl Warrior (Fury) drag aggro off of me. It was a normal 3-man pull, but he would seemingly always get aggro. It would consistently get him killed, and he thought it was cool and fun. Go figure. Anyway, what can I do "keep the attention" of small group pulls like that.

For the record, this is what I normally do. Either charge in or taunt them to me depending on the situation. Regardless, when they were all in front of me bashing away, I would Thunderclap, Shockwave, and while they were stunned Demo shout. After that, devastate a lot (I have the appropriate glyphs) and shield slam, Revenge, Heroic Strike when possible. But the 77 Warrior with about 1000 dps still got aggro, and I would have to Taunt his mob back to me if I could. Am I doing something blatantly wrong? Is my attack/defend sequence not optimal for getting and keep aggro? Or did the Warrior just land 3 crits in a row or something. I hope someone has some answers or tips for me....a Pally with 1200 dps did the same thing later that day.

I wouldn't have these problelms if I could just get the sword to drop! There is a nearly equivalent weapon in H Nexus...should I go that way?
