Are there any good weapons around for PVP? Before I had the Decapitator Axe and the Vengeful Crossbow but now you need Arena rating for that (I had the lvl 70 ones, or still have them in the bank).
For PVE I have the Nesingwary gun and the Staff of the Plague Beast.
Any suggestions?

Just try getting some Arena ones, it should be simple enough.
I consider 1850 rating pretty hard to get.
That's like... top 30% in arena or so, which means that you need to be better than 70% or more of the arena playing population in your bracket.

Getting shoulders used to be hard, but now I don't think anything's hard. No one even had 2800, not even wintraders, a few seasons ago. When Megatf and Cherez both had ~2400, and I was at like 1900. Now I look at my 2s rating, and its ~2600, and I'm not even top 10 on my Battlegroup. Some of the stuff is ridiculous though.
Go to Arena Junkies for 3s, what do I see?
First it's cleave comps that push me way down the rankings, now...
This guy is the best person ever to play WoW, but cmon, 3000? The @#%^ is this sh*t?
Somehow this baddiealso has 3000, and he sucks. His entire team is doing some cheap stuff to get ridiculously high, and Blizz isn't intervening.
Also, Hunters are in EVERY SINGLE @#%^ING 5s TEAM BE UNIQUE.
I'm rerolling, this season is Blizz's biggest turnoff for me yet.

I'm sure I'm capable of 1850+ with a decent team though.

I do not really like Arena and suck at it ;) I noticed that shoulders and gauntlets are with Arena rating too nowadays. So I will have to get those also from somewhere else (Wintergrasp I guess, haven't look there yet).
