i just hit lvl 64 on the hope of getting SoB but i didn't get it ... why??? the only thing i got from the trainer was the seal of vengence and i even didn't get the judgment for it ..what happened ? where is my SoB and its judgment. Also i didn't get the holy vengence ability

can someone help me, am i missing something or should i do a quest to get them .. this is sooo frustrating

Yep. First of all, if you're Alliance you don't get Seal of Blood, you get its equivalent Seal of the Martyr, and you get it at 66 while Horde get theirs at 64. Secondly, no longer does each seal have its own judgment. Now there's only one judgment ability. When you have a particular seal up, that judgment "changes" with it. As for holy vengeance, it refers to the dot of Seal of Vengeance. Every hit with it up sets a tick of holy damage, stacking up to a max of 5 ticks, where each hit refreshes the stack. A dot being damage over time.

There are 3 judgements (at least, I'm only 72), Wisdom (returns mana), Light (heals you) and Justice (prevents fleeing and slows). But yes each seal adds to your judgement in it's own way.

Think you got Wisdom and Light mixed up, but right in general.

In terms of the effect, judging SoB causes Holy damage at the expense of health (33% of dmg dealt).
