I found a great guide that said which rep grings were the most beneficial for paladins. I'm 77 now and only doing dailies while I wait for 3.2 and decreased flying costs. I'd like to start on the rep grind to get my Prot PvE and my Ret PvP specs ready for 80. However, I can't find the guide again! Does anyone know what I'm talking about, maybe even have the link?

www.wowwiki.com/
after the slash type the name of the faction (use underscore for spaces)

It will tell you what opens up when.
For aid in the quests,

www.wowhead.com > here

It's how I got Exalted in everything but a few raid/dungeon reps.

I was hoping for something more paladin specific, but looks like I'll just have to hit the books and figure it out, thanks!

Paladin doesn't have any specific faction to follow.
Pally is one of the classes that is all 3 skills: Healing, Tanking, DPS.
This means a diff faction for each skill.
For example
DPS: Ebon Blade is required for head chant and some gear.
Tank: Wyrmrest is amazing for head chant and gear.

Not sure for Holy but you get the point.

EVERYONE needs Hodir rep though for Shoulder chants.
*edit*
unless you have inscription of course.

Check that one. It's the one I followed and kept me def capped 76 on up. The rep/faction section is down toward the end.
