In PVe the hit cap is 17% along with talents. got that. but for pvp wat is the hit cap if there is one?
3% I believe.

Actually i believe that is it is 6%, and of course give or take for racials (aka blood elfs and the other class from bc.)

So pre-3.0 (when you had a static 1% chance to miss) I was right with 3%, now you need 4% to 100% hit something your same level.
