There are a few you could use, which ones are the best?
im running with Ice block, Evocation, and Ice Viens.
Im not sure if i should use the elemental CD reducing glyph or the iceblock?, but i tihnk the evocation and ice viens are neccessary?
any thoughts?

First that came to mind were iv evoc and frost nova
Ice Barrier is a must. It makes your barrier good for 4k plus damage resistance.
ice barrier, evocate and I tend to rotate the third alot, currently playing with blink again but I often use water elemental.
wat do u think of ice viens glyph?

Well there is no "general" glyphs for Frost mages... Because it all varies depending on your PvP situation.
An example is Arena. I ran a lock + mage 2v2, and what I found to be extremely beneficial was the glyph of polymorph which removes all DoTs and other things that would break your CC (once you cast polymorph).
^^ Thats an example of an odd glyph that comes in handy...
But I suppose for BGs and World PvP I would stick with the Frost Barrier, Ice lance(x4), and Evoc.

ice lance only benefits when attacking things that are higher level than you, which is worthless at 80.
